BOOKING IN POLICIES
By paying your NON REFUNDABLE booking fee you are agreeing to all of these T&Cs. Updated: 29/7/19
Although I will be as accommodating as I can be as I know things can crop up unannounced, please remember that I get booked up weeks, if not months in advance, so when we set dates for your appointments, please ensure you will be able to make both dates. Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstance and they're required by myself and the studio as they act as insurance for any of the instances below occurring. I do not get paid unless you turn up. If you don't turn up or cancel / rearrange without enough notice, I lose income, the studio loses income, and other clients are being made to wait longer than necessary. I really appreciate your interest in booking with me!
SECURING AN APPOINTMENT
Your appointment isn't confirmed until your booking fee has been paid. The booking fee will be deducted from the total price of your treatment, and the remaining balance must be paid in cash at your 1st session. Before booking, please ensure you've checked out my work, you're a suitable candidate for the treatments you want, you've read all the info about the treatments you want and are serious about having the treatments done. If you need assistance on the day of your appointment please call or text me on the number I provide when confirming your appointment. Emails and social media messages don't appear on my phone immediately, so calling or texting is always the best way to get in touch. If I am unreachable, you can call the studio. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Cancellation no matter how much notice - no refund. No show to your 1st or annual appointment with no call or text - no refund and no rebook. No show to your included top up with no call or text - no refund and no rebook. REARRANGEMENTS
FIRST APPOINTMENTS Rearrange with 1 week's notice - booking fee transferred to new date (done once at time of notice). Rearrange with less than 1 week's notice - new booking fee required. 6-8 WEEK INCLUDED TOP UPS Rearrange with 1 week's notice - no charge. Rearrange with less than 1 week's notice - £25 fee required. Rearrange outside of the 6-8 week time frame - £25 fee required - more work, more time needed. ANNUAL SESSIONS Rearrange with 1 week's notice - booking fee transferred to new date (done once at time of notice). Rearrange with less than 1 week's notice - new booking fee required. RUNNING LATE
If you're more than 15 minutes late to any appointment I will not be able to work with you that day. We will have to reschedule and you will lose your booking fee. If you want to rebook you will need to pay a new booking fee. Please understand that I am booked up each day with a small gap to break down, sanitise and set up again. I am not able to run past 6pm due to The Corn Exchange's closing times. SAFE PRACTICES
Under 18's: For insurance & safety purposes, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the tattoo work area. The studio is a professional environment for piercing and tattooing. Please do not bring anyone under 18 with you. It's best to come alone as we have a lot to discuss - I will make sure you feel comfortable so don't worry! :) |
