BOOKING POLICIES
Before booking, please ensure you've checked out my portfolio, you like my style of work, you're a suitable candidate for the services you want, and that you've read all the information that has been sent to you. By paying your non refundable booking fee, you are acknowledging that you've read the below policies and are happy with them. You are also acknowledging that you've read the pre-appointment information, the healing process and aftercare information.
Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstance.
Appointments & paying
• Your appointment/s is/are only secured once a booking fee has been paid.
• The booking fee is deducted from the total price of the service.
• The remaining balance is to be paid in cash please. I do not have a card reader.
At the studio
• No one under the age of 18 will be permitted into the studio - please have photo ID with you in case I need to check it.
• We politely ask that you attend your appointments alone - we are a busy studio and don't have space for guests to wait.
• If you need assistance or have any special requirements, please let me know in advance so we can discuss and prepare for your visit.
Running late
• Please let me know if you're running late. I am usually booked back to back so if you're more than 15-20 mins late I may not be able to see you and this would result in forfeiting your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required for a new appointment.
Rearranging your appointment
• Rearrangements must be done with at least 1 week's notice to allow me time to fill your original date/s. This is due to patch testing being required.
• I will rearrange your appointment/s once with the original booking fee.
Rearranging your included top up appointment
• If I can move you within the top up timeframe (6-8 weeks for brows, 8-10 weeks for lips) there will be no charge.
• If I am unable to move you within the top up timeframe, depending on how far out the new appointment is, top up charges may apply if the appointment will need additional time.
No showing
• Your original booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required. It is unlikely I will rebook you.
